Well done to all the children who have performed in the nativities and the pantomime this week. I am sure that you will agree, the children were absolutely fantastic and a joy to watch.  Thank you to all the staff for their hard work in producing the plays and to all the parents for providing the children with such fantastic costumes and props.

Sickness

We have had a number of children off school this week with a stomach bug as well as the usual winter colds and sore throats. If your child does contract this bug, please ensure they remain off school 48 hours after their last bout of sickness. Thank you.

School Clubs

Please note: there will be no school clubs next week. A list of the new activities for January is detailed inside. There will be no after school club on the last day (Friday 21st December.)

Last week of the year

It’s a really busy final week of the year. On Monday and Tuesday afternoons our Christmas Fairs take place. They start at 2 o’clock and will be in the hall and the classrooms. Come along and visit Santa in his grotto and enjoy a range of crafts and stalls. On Wednesday morning, the children in nursery, reception and Y1/2 will enjoy having breakfast with Santa. At 2.30pm, some of our children will be performing in the Christmas concert. It’s party day on Thursday and children can wear their own clothes. Our church service is at 2pm on Friday afternoon.

Wishing you all a lovely weekend.
