As we come to the end of this term and 2018, I have been reflecting on the many wonderful achievements of our children and how as a whole school community we continue to improve year on year. I feel very privileged to be the Headteacher of All Saints’ School and would like to thank all the staff for their dedication, commitment and hard work in ensuring our children receive the very best education and opportunities open to them.

Thank you also to the governors for helping steer the school through challenging and changing times within the current education landscape. Thank you to the parents and families for their continued support and belief in our school. Finally, thank you to all the children who are caring, kind, independent, funny, hardworking and a real credit to both their families and the school.

Christmas Activities
We’ve had a super last week of term with lots of Christmas activities each day. Thank you to everyone who came along to our Christmas Fairs on Monday and Tuesday. I am sure you will agree, the fairs were a great success raising a staggering £1016.00 (so far.)
Thank you to everyone who volunteered and gave up their time to help as well as everyone who came along and supported the fairs. We really couldn’t do it without your time, effort and commitment – thank you.

Santa has had a very busy week as he not only came to both fairs to meet the children but he also popped in on Wednesday to have breakfast with our younger children. A big thank you to Santa for giving up so much of his time at this very busy time of year. The children had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed their breakfast.

Well done to all the children who took part in the Christmas concert on Wednesday afternoon. Choir and the musicians sounded fabulous – well done. Thank you to Mrs Davies and Mr Hall for their commitment over the last term

Yesterday all the children enjoyed their Christmas parties. They had music, dancing, party games and lots of fun.

We finish today with our church service at 2 o’clock and we look forward to seeing you there.

On behalf of all the staff and governors I wish you all a very happy Christmas and a wonderful 2019.
