Thank you to everyone who came along and supported our two Easter Fairs this week. It was lovely to see so many of you in school on Monday and Wednesday. A huge thank you to members of the PTFA for their continued hard work in preparing, setting up, running the stalls and clearing away – we really couldn’t do it without your help. Also thank you to everyone who came along and bought crafts, refreshments and raffle tickets – every penny made goes back to the children. The winners of the Wolves football raffle, name the bunny and the Easter bonnet/egg displays are in our weekly newsletter.
This week we have had a number of events including the football tournament, swimming gala and two cross country competitions. Well done to all the children who participated. I am really proud of all your efforts.
On Wednesday afternoon part of outdoor area was transformed into the start of our garden area. A huge thank you to Rich Davies for organising this. The children will all be able to grow their own fruit and vegetables and we hope to extend this further by developing our orchard into a forest schools area in the summer term. We’ll keep you posted.
Our Easter service starts at 2.30 this afternoon and we look forward to seeing you all there. If you can help walk the children down to church we would be very grateful. Please meet us at school at 2 o’clock.
Wishing you all a wonderful Easter holiday.
